Returns & refunds

We accept returns on all full-priced items within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free of any fragrance, and returned with all original tags attached.

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted, and the customer will be notified accordingly.

How to initiate a return

To initiate a return, please visit our return portal and enter your order number. You will find the return address as well as the return form to include with your package. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility: you are responsible for printing the return form and arranging shipment with the carrier of your choice.

We are currently only able to process returns, not exchanges.

Packaging

Please return items in their original packaging, along with the return form that you have downloaded and printed from the return portal.

Processing time

Please allow up to 14 business days for your return to be processed once received at our warehouse. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is complete.
