Order processing

Your parcel is prepared within 24 to 48 working hours after payment (Monday to Friday).

Free shipping over €200 — all destinations.

Tracking

All shipments are tracked. You'll receive your tracking number by email as soon as your parcel ships.

Customs & duties

For deliveries outside the EU (US, UK, Switzerland, Canada, etc.), local duties and taxes may apply on arrival. These are the recipient's responsibility.

We accept returns on all full-priced items within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free of any fragrance, and returned with all original tags attached.

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted, and the customer will be notified accordingly.

How to initiate a return

To initiate a return, please visit our return portal and enter your order number. You will find the return address as well as the return form to include with your package. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility: you are responsible for printing the return form and arranging shipment with the carrier of your choice.

We are currently only able to process returns, not exchanges.

Packaging

Please return items in their original packaging, along with the return form that you have downloaded and printed from the return portal.

Processing time

Please allow up to 14 business days for your return to be processed once received at our warehouse. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is complete.
